Are you a replacement for other digital adoption products?

Indeed we are. But we don't replace every bundle. For example, we aren't a standalone product analytics tool. We focus exclusively on the problem of helping users.

You seem to hate popups, but you also do popups, explain.

We don’t hate the form factor, we hate it when it’s done lazily.

Are you also a product analytics tool?

No -- we intentionally specialize because we think the problem of helping users is big enough to focus enough, and no one else does it well.

Is this 100% powered by AI?

Nudges leverage AI. For example, we have a feature called Autopilot that automatically determines the best time to show a nudge. But not everything relies on AI. Some of it is just old fashioned good software.

Nudges are even better when you know what users care about in their own words.
